Recognition Program
The Employee Recognition Program was established to show Skyhawk’s appreciation to our employees for their outstanding contribution during the year. Employees are recognized through both monetary and non-monetary awards for their work and contributions, which range from going above and beyond their normal work assignments to having excellent attendance.
Special Achievement Awards – This recognition is awarded to employees who provide outstanding customer service to Skyhawk clients, vendors, other Skyhawk employees, etc. Their willingness to help people outside their direct organization demonstrates team effort and cooperation, which benefits Skyhawk as a whole. Individuals presented with this award receive a plaque signed by Skyhawk’s CEO acknowledging the employees' on-going contributions to the development and improvement of processes to enhance the quality and effectiveness of products and services that we provide our customers.
Star Awards – This recognition is awarded to employees who demonstrate their team effort and commitment to the betterment of Skyhawk by going above and beyond the call of duty. Individuals presented with this award receive a certificate signed by the Director of Operations acknowledging their hard work and a job well done.
Employee of the Month – This award recognizes an individual for his/her outstanding performance and contributions to the company during the course of one month. The award will be presented to the employee who has had the most significant impact toward improving services through productivity and safe operations throughout any given calendar month.
Length of Service - The Length of Service Award recognizes all employees for the number of years of service dedicated to Skyhawk. An employee will be recognized with an award in accordance with the number of years served.
Contract Location of the Quarter - Best location award is given to the contract location that improved the process, enhanced a service or demonstrated initiative that improves productivity, and solves problems creatively.
